We begin with your Design Inquiry Form, followed by a Connection Call to learn more about you and your project. From there, an in-home site visit or floor plan review gives us a clear picture of your space, architectural details, goals, and project scope.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We develop the creative direction of your project based on your vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. We present mood boards, a clear investment estimate, and a project timeline. Your feedback guides us as we lock in the look, feel, and overall direction of your home.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design comes to life through space planning, material selections, AI visualization, and custom detailing — resulting in a refined, cohesive plan tailored to your home and lifestyle.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We prepare builder specifications, installation documents, and detailed communication for contractors and trades. This ensures the design elements are clearly communicated and seamlessly executed on site.

PROCUREMENT & PRODUCTION
With your design approved, we place orders with our trusted network of vendors and artisans — managing all shipments, lead times, and logistics to keep your project on schedule. Every item is carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets our standards before anything reaches your home.

INSTALLATION & STYLING
Our team oversees white-glove delivery and installation of every element in the design, then layers the home with accessories, luxury linens, and curated collections that make each room feel completely personal and fully designed.

THE GRAND REVEAL
We welcome you into your fully furnished, move-in-ready home with a final walk-through, professional photography, and any remaining punch list items. You’ll receive your Furnishings Care Guide and the keys — and the moment you’ve been waiting for.

Kristi and her team worked with us to select exterior and interior finishes for our home. Everything from floors, lighting, bath fixtures, siding, stone, paint colors and tile to light switches, door handles, granite, marble, fireplaces, etc. they had the expertise in every area. They know how to bring spaces together and they can see the big picture.

We spent a lot of time with Kristi and frankly couldn't imagine going through the design of this project with anyone else.
